We hand-pack every jar of Maum Balm with the same care we’d use for our own families. Once your order is placed, here’s what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your selected speed and destination.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox.
  • Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Heads up: During high-volume periods like holidays or product launches, we may need an extra day or two—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Returns & Refunds — 90 Day Window

We get it—sometimes a balm just doesn’t vibe with your skin. That’s why every Maum Balm order is backed by our 90-Day Promise.

If you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s what to do:

1.Reach Out: Email us at support@maumbalm.com within 90 days of delivery.

2.Tell Us Why: We’ll ask a few questions to improve, not to make you jump through hoops.

3.Get Your Refund: We’ll refund your original payment method—no return required in most cases.

A Few Notes:

  • We don’t cover return shipping if a return is requested.
  • If your balm arrives damaged, email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement—stat.
  • We reserve the right to deny excessive return abuse.
